BOOKING THE SCREAMIN' 2012!!
The Screamin' is not a residential event; entertainment passes will be available but for the ones of you who like it easy we have booked blocks of rooms in the best hotels in town, in many cases full hotels, and have arranged the prices to offer you different great package deals. Calella has many hotels, yes, but it is an important tourist destination getting visitors during the whole year specially from spring and forward, so be quick and book now, you've been warned!
Why booking with us and not direct to the hotels?
You can book either way, we will be happy anyway as long as you're coming! But here you have some of the reasons to do it through our booking department.
- We have managed to get great prices in many of the cases!
-Your booking and questions about it are always managed by the same person; Gemma, she knows everything about the Screamin' 2012 and about the reason you're coming to Calella; you're not just another tourist and she knows it.
- When you check in at your hotel you'll be given the offical program and your festival tickets.
- You secure your accommodation and entertainment passes with just a couple clicks.
- If you're coming before or from Tuesday you get the tickets for that night for free, these will not be sold separately; the will be available at the door only on the very same night, so you secure them too.
- You have until the 15th of May 2012 to pay your booking (except special offers)
- In case of problems once in town you can visit Blau Mari Travel Services offices and these will be solved in site!
Do I have to book for the entire week?
This event is a full week long (7 nights) but you can book as many days as you wish even arriving earlier and/or departing later.
What does the price of accommodation plus tickets include?
Accommodation on either Full Board - FB - (3 meals) , Half Board - HB -(2 meals) or Bed and Breakfast - BB, depending on the hotel. Admission to all entertainment and music events during the entire week of the Screamin' 2012.
How does the accommodation plus tickets booking system work?
You submit the booking form or send your booking details by email or fax or phone us. We check for availability in the hotels of the category of your choice. We confirm availability and give you a confirmation number, address of your hotel, etc. You are pre-booked and before the 15th of May you pay your booking including the festival tickets. When arriving to Calella just go straight to your hotel and when checking it you're giving a program which includes a city map with the location of all the interesting places plus the festival tickets.
Can I buy a 1-day tickets or the Weekender Pass if I don't book accommodation with you?
Yes, you can buy 1-day tickets, every night at the door, they're not pre-sold. If you want the Weekender Pass (Wed - Sat) you can get it here on El Toro Records web shop (not yet available)
How much do the 1-day ticket or the Weekender Pass cost if I don't book accommodation with you?
Monday, 4th - Free
Tuesday, 5th - 15.00 Euro (free if booking accommodation on this site)
Wednesday, 6th - 35.00 Euro
Thursday, 7th - 35.00 Euro.
Friday, 8th- 35.00 Euro
Saturday, 9th - 35.00 Euro
Sunday, 10th - Free
Four day pass (Wednseday -Thursday - Friday - Saturday) = 80.00 Euro
Important:
This event is a full week long (7 nights) from the 4th to the 10th of June but you can book as many days as you wish, arriving earlier and/or departing later. Take a look at the hotels and make your selection, then go to the booking form and submit it, once we get the information we will confirm with the hotel and get back to you with the totals and you'll be pre-booked.

Credit Card, on a secure server, and Bank Transfer are allowed.

- Prices are per person and night in a double room, double occupancy.
- Single rooms and short stays have a surcharge in some of the hotels.
- Some hotels offer discounts for 3rd and 4th person and discounts for kids, check them out!
