BOOKING THE SCREAMIN' 2010!!

The Screamin' is not a residential event; entertainment passes will be available but for the ones of you who like it easy we have booked blocks of rooms in the best hotels in town, in many cases full hotels, and have arranged the prices to offer you different great package deals. Pineda de Mar has not many hotels and, as the tourist destination that it is, it gets visitors during the whole year specially from spring and forward, so be quick and book now you’ve been warned!

Why booking with us and not direct to the hotels?

You can book either way, we will be happy anyway as long as you’re coming! But here you have some of the reasons to do it through our booking department.
- Your booking and questions about it are always managed by the same person; Gemma, she knows everything about the Screamin’ and about the reason you’re coming to Pineda; you’re not just another tourist and she knows it.
- You secure your accommodation and entertainment passes with just a couple clicks.
- If you’re coming from Wednesday you get the tickets for that night for free, these will not be presold; the will be available at the door only, so you sequere them too.
- You get special prices and discounts in many of the hotels and the entertainment passes will cost you less than if you book them separately.
- You have until the 10th of May 2010 to pay your booking (except special offers)
- You get the Weekender Pass for 70.00 Euro - See TICKETS below to know how much do you save booking with us.

What does the price include?
Accommodation on either All Inclusive, Half Board (two meals) or Bed and Breakfast , depending on the hotel. Cost of entertainment passes, at a special price, will be added on the top by our booking department.

How does it work?
You submit your booking form, or send your booking details by email or fax or phone us. We check for availability in the hotels of the category of your choice. We confirm availability and give you a confirmation number, address of your hotel, etc You pay your booking including the festival tickets.

That's it!
When arriving to Pineda de Mar just go straight to your hotel and when checking it you're giving a program which includes a city map with the location of all the interesting places plus the tickets.

Important:
This event is a full week long (7 nights) from the 25th to the 31st of May but you can book as many days as you wish, arriving earlier and/or departing later. Take a look at the hotels and make your selection, then go to the booking form and submit it, once we get the information we will confirm with the hotel and get back to you with the totals and you'll be pre-booked.

HOTEL PROMENADE PARK ***

The hotel was built in 1992 and consists of 172 rooms. The hotel has a substantial lobby containing lifts, a currency exchange desk, safes and a 24-hour reception as well as a garden and pool area outside.
